While our head office is in Vancouver, Canada, we have a carefully selected team of warehouse associates in Guangzhou, China. From product inspection to packaging, our team invests significant time and capital to ensure every detail meets our quality standards.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is $7 for each order below $50. If you order more than $50, which is if you get more than one piece of lingerie, we will cover 100% of the shipping cost for you. For Quebec residents, the shipping cost is $20.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Your purchase should arrive at your address 14-25 business days after order placement. All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days (including product testing, packaging, and various paperwork). Once the product is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Unexpected delays can occur due to holidays, weather, and other reasons. We are currently experiencing COVID-19 induced shipping delays. If you do not receive your order within 90 days from the time of shipment, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a full refund.
What if my package goes missing?
If your package does not arrive successfully, it is most often due to invalid or incomplete address information. In that case, you will find “Returned to Sender” on your tracking information. While filling in your shipment address, make sure that you put in the correct abbreviations, apartment number, and route information (if applicable).
We do not take responsibility for any lost or misplaced shipments if your address information is incorrect at the time of purchase.
What happens if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We’re sorry if your sassy X sexy product isn’t at its best when you finally meet. At every stage of handling your lingerie, we put in as much care as humanly possible. Unfortunately, mistakes can still happen to us mortals. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery in order to qualify for a reshipment or refund.
Can I return an undamaged product?
Due to hygienic standards and the intimate nature of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged during its manufacture or shipment. Products that are damaged on purpose are not eligible for return. All sale items are final sale.
Can I get a refund if I don't receive my order?
A full refund will be granted if your package is lost or does not arrive within 60 days from the time of shipment. Refunds can take 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days to show up on your account.
Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before emailing us to make a claim.

How should I wash my lingerie?
Hand wash delicate undergarments with gentle detergents (baby shampoo would do) and cold to warm water. If you absolutely must toss them into the washing machine, turn them inside-out and fasten clasps. Always use a mesh laundry bag.
Can I put my lingerie in the dryer?
No, thou shalt never put thy lingerie in the dryer. Hang to dry. Be gentle to something so delicate and intimate.
